Duct and Envelope Testing
As of July 1,
2011, the State of Georgia adopted the International Energy
Conservation Code. This code requires testing the tightness of
new duct systems and new or significant modifications to the
building envelope. We have the equipment and are authorized by
the state to conduct these tests required by code. We are not
obligated to any other company so you can be assured our testing
will be unbiased.
Building Science Guidance
When designing a new building or major modifications,
following your contractors advice based on "we've always done it
this way", may not be the best way in light of current building
science. We have been trained to understand the interactions of
various building systems and the impact they have on each other.
This service will provide guidance during the planning process to
