Flint Home Solutions is the premier home inspection company in your area. We are trusted by home buyers to help them make informed buying decisions. Our home inspections typically range from 2.5-3.5 hours long depending on the size and condition of the house and you are invited to follow along during all or part of the inspection.  The inspector will gladly explain what they are looking for and answer your questions, as they perform the inspection.

We take great pride in every inspection we perform. When the inspection is over, your inspector will prepare a detailed inspection report regarding the property within 48 hours.

Flint Home Solutions auditors are Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified as Building Analysts.  The Building Performance Institute, Inc. (BPI) is the nation's premier standards development and credentialing organization for residential energy efficiency retrofit work.  Our audits follow the BPI standard for Building Analysts.  During an audit, we focus on:

·         Safety first - exhausting CO from combustion appliances;

·         Do no harm – insure weatherization does not create or aggravate other indoor air quality issues;

·         Energy conservation - identify conservation measures, quantify projected energy savings, write work scope.

Project Management Services

·         Contractor bid, selection and management of home repairs.

This service is offered for clients that do not have time or experience managing home improvement work or simply want to enjoy the results without worrying about the execution.  I offer 16 years of project management experience in industry and several years of leadership roles on Habitat builds, mission trips and local home repair projects.
